2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of electric bicycles and electric scooters through the website citywheels.store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

These terms apply to all purchases made via citywheels.store and define the rights and obligations of both the customer and CityWheels.

3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERING PROCESS

CityWheels offers electric bicycles and electric scooters. Customers can browse the website, select a product, and add it to their cart. During checkout, they must enter their personal details and confirm their order.

Shipping Times & Costs

CityWheels delivers within Spain within 3 to 7 working days. For deliveries to other European countries, shipping times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location. Customers will receive an estimated delivery date when placing an order.

Delivery Conditions

  • The order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery or provide pickup instructions.
  • CityWheels is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or third-party logistics issues.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Spanish law.

Return Process

  1. The customer must request a return via the contact form on citywheels.store.
  2. The return request will be reviewed. If it meets the conditions, instructions will be provided.
  3. The product must be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
  4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting CityWheels as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the customer must follow the return procedure.

6. WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

CityWheels provides a warranty as detailed in the warranty policy available on our website.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, wear and tear, accidents, or modifications.
  • Customers can request warranty service through the contact form on the website.
  • Repairs can be carried out at CityWheels’ authorized service points.

7. LIABILITY

  • CityWheels is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
  • Customers must read and follow the user manual provided with each product to ensure safe use.
  • In the event of a defective product, CityWheels’ liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product under warranty conditions.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

CityWheels ensures the protection of customer data in compliance with the Spanish Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos (LOPD).

  • Customer data will only be used for order processing and customer service.
